Melissa started with CSI in May 2023. Before joining our team, she spent 22 years in public accounting and tax preparation.
She is originally from Madrid, NE. She has one son, Ladik, who is graduating high school in the spring of 2025. She is a proud Eagle Scout mom and has been a scout leader for over 12 years.
Melissa moved back to North Platte to be closer to family. She says it is the family atmosphere that attracted her to CSI – a family founded company, operating with strong family values today.
She is new to the construction industry and enjoys learning more and more each day.
One day Melissa dreams of hiking the Camino de Santiago trail in Portugal.

Terrance has been with CSI from 2019-22 with a brief gap and then returned in 2023.
He is currently relocating to Rapid City, SD to head up new projects in a new region for CSI.
