Samantha Bales

Administrative Assistant

Samantha Bales began working on the CSI estimating team in March of 2024. Prior to that she was a student.

She became interested in coming on board due to her dad, Eddie Bales who heads up the estimating department at CSI. She likes the “family feel” environment a lot.

Samantha was born and raised in North Platte. Her parents instilled a strong work ethic in her and a focus on family values.

She enjoys traveling, exploring and just likes to stay busy in her free time. Samantha has a dog named Kota. Personal goals for her would be to finish college and someday buy a home.

Samantha finds the construction field fulfilling when a large job is completed, and she also is interested in the job bidding process. She likes the challenge of problem solving especially on Excel.
